Obituary of Jerry Stephen Pero

Jerry Stephen Pero, 75, of Eagle, ID, passed away on April 27, 2024. He was born on January 6, 1949, in Chico, CA. Jerry a was loving and kind devoted Christian, husband, and father. He was outgoing, quick-witted, intelligent, and a friend to all.

Jerry graduated from Chico State University and pursued a career as a Senior Sales Tax Auditor with the California Board of Equalization. He worshipped at Home Bible-based Fellowships and enjoyed in-depth Bible study, reading about history, visiting museums, traveling, hiking, biking, playing softball, and spending time with family and friends.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Vicki Pero; children: Alissa Holland, Brad Pero, Scott Pero, and Gabrielle Pero; stepchildren: Meko Jones and Tim Esponde. He was preceded in death by his father, Jestine Pero; mother, Vivian Pero; and sister, Sharon Buzbee.
