Obituary of Thomas Martin Hutler

Thomas Martin Hutler passed away on December 7th, 2023. He was 57 years old. Thomas was born in Chico, California on December 12, 1965, at Enloe Hospital to James and Jacqueline Hutler. He went to Notre Dame School, Pleasant Valley High School, Butte College, Chico State, and San Jose State where he received a baseball scholarship. Thomas was an excellent sportsman and loved football, basketball, and baseball. He became a fair and qualified umpire, referee and official. His last work of employment was at Chico Unified School District working as a Campus Supervisor for Chico Junior High School. Thomas had three children, Haley Ryan, Pierce, and Casey. He also leaves three grandchildren, Shane, Taryn, and Taytum. He leaves brothers David, Timothy, Donald, Andrew, and sister Barbara. He will be sorely missed by many people. Rosary will be Friday December 22nd at 7pm at Brusie Funeral home. The memorial service will be Saturday December 23rd at 2:30pm at 1877 Hooker Oak Ave, Chico, CA.
